Omar Sunny was born on May 6, 1969, in Khulna. He was born in a film-loving family some relative established their career in the film industry that he has seen very closely. Bangladeshi popular film actress Bobita, Shuchanda and Champa are his aunts as well as actor Riaz his uncle. Sunny was so much hard worker and a serious guy about acting. He dreamed off to be an actor from early childhood eventually turned himself into a leading film actor of Bangladesh.

Omar Sunny Career:

Omar Sunny kicked off the journey in the film industry with the movie ‘Chander Alo’ in 1990 and showed a terrific performance in the debut movie and never looked back in a career. Then he acted in the movie ‘Prem Protishodh’ in 1993. In the same year, Sunny performed in the movie ‘Ke Oporadhi’. That was the time in the Dhallywood film industry, the pair Salman- Shabnur, and Moushumi-Omar Sunny were so much popular to the audience.

Following they, he made a career breakthrough performance in the movie ‘Dola’ with co-actress his wife Moushumi. The movie ‘Dola” created a fierce stir enough in the Dhallywood box office and the couple got positive acclamation from the critics and audience. In 1997, Sunny showed off a terrific acting performance in the movie ‘Coolie’. Then he acted in the popular movie ‘Lat Shaheber Meya’.
After 13 years break, Omar Sunny comes back in the film industry with the movie ‘Ora Dalal’ but as a Villain, not a hero. He also showed off a terrific performance in the negative role. Sunny proposed a popular film actress Moushumi during the filming ‘Dola’ in the Dhallywood industry. At first refused Sunny’s proposal eventually he stopped talking to Moushumi. Late the actress agreed with the hero’s proposal in real life. They married each other on August 2, 1996, after a happy courtship; certainly they are happiest celebrity couple in the Dhallywood industry. They have a son Fardin Ehsan Shadin and a daughter Faiza.
