Barack Hossain Obama is the first Africa-American President of the United States and the best black political leader in the history of America. Obama is a graduate of Columbia University and Harvard Law School, where he was the president of the Harvard Law Review. He was a community organizer in Chicago before earning his Law degree. Obama is the first President to have been born in Hawaii.

Barack Obama Early Life:

Barack Hussein Obama was born on August 4, 1961, in Honolulu, Hawaii to Barack Obama Sr. and Ann Dunham. His father Barack Obama Sr. came from Kenya and mother Ann Dunham from Wichita, Kansas, U.S. they enrolled in the Manoa University of Hawaii. Barack Obama Sr. came to America on scholarship. While studying at the University of Hawaii in Manoa, Obama Sr. engaged with Ann Dunham, and they married on February 2, 1961. Six months later Barack was born.
At the age of 2 Obama’s parents divorced and Obama Sr. remarried other women and returned to Kenya. His mother Ann Dunham also remarried with Lolo Soetoro, an East–West Center student from Indonesia then, the family moved to Jakarta, Indonesia, where Barack’s half-sister, Maya Soetoro-Ng, was born. He completed his primary education in Indonesia and developed a dream to be President. Barack was sent back to Hawaii to live with his maternal grandparents at the age of 10. Then his mother and sister joined them. Obama did not have a relationship with his father as a child, visiting Barack Sr. in Hawaii only once, in 1971. He died in an automobile accident in 1982.
In 1971, Obama with the aid of a scholarship attended Punahou School. Obama chose to stay in Hawaii with his grandparents for high school education when his mother and sister returned to Indonesia in 1975. In 1980, his mother divorced Lolo and she died in 1995 for ovarian and uterine cancer. In 1979, Obama moved to Los Angeles to attend Occidental College. Obama enrolled to Columbia University in New York City, in 1981, where he majored in political science with a specialty in international relations. In 1983, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts. He received Law degree from Harvard Law School (1988–1991).

Barack Hussein Obama started his political journey with joining in Democratic Party in 2004. He came to limelight around the United State when presented the main speech in the national conference of this party. He is regarded as a rising political leader in United State. He got the nomination as a candidate of Democratic Party in the presidential election of United State in 2008. He won the election the election and elected as 44th president of United State. In 2012, he won the election againstMitt Romney, who was the Republican candidate in this election and become president for the second term.

Barack Obama Personal Life:

Obama met Michelle Robinson at what time he was working as a summer associate at the Chicago law firm of Sidley Austin in June 1989. Later 1991 they began dating and married on October 3, 1992. They have two daughters Malia Ann, was born on July 4, 1998, and Sasha, on June 10, 2001.
